AMC released brand new footage from the upcoming series Better Call Saul. The footage premiered during The Walking Dead’s mid-season finale on Sunday night. This spin-off/prequel to the immensely popular Breaking Bad series has been approved for a full first season AND a second 13-episode season to follow. You can watch the footage below.

Better Call Saul stars Bob Odenkirk as Saul Goodman and is set six years before the criminal lawyer first meets Walter White in Breaking Bad. At this time, Saul is first trying to establish himself as a reputable lawyer (of course, failing), struggling to make ends meet, and slowly building a clientele before settling in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Vince Giligan (Breaking Bad creator) and Peter Gould (Breaking Bad Executive Producer) are the creators behind this show,  so we can expect to be seeing a lot of guest appearances by the Breaking Bad cast.

Better Call Saul promises to be dramatic, dark, and humorous and was released on February 9, 2015 on AMC.
