Let’s admit it. It seems as if Netflix USA always gets better (and more) movies and shows than everyone else, right? Well, apparently, not anymore.

It looks like Canada just might inspire some worldwide Netflix-envy after an announcement that it’s the only country that has secured streaming rights for the long-awaited Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Yes, it’s true. A Netflix representative confirmed in an interview with CBC that Canada really is the only country with those streaming rights locked down.

Star Wars: the force Awakens hits theaters on December 18th and we will likely see the movie hit Netflix around August of 2016.
