In case you missed it, last year’s Ouija was a huge success – bringing in $102.5 million on a $5 million budget. Universal Pictures is hoping Ouija 2 will be just as successful.

The director has finally been confirmed to be Mike Flanagan, known for his 2014 horror movie Oculus. What’s more is he’s bringing an Oculus star onboard Ouija 2. Annalise Basso, the 17-year-old who appeared in Oculus as a younger Gillian will be starring in Ouija 2! Her character will be a young girl who’s father died.

Ouija 2 is set for release October 21, 2016.
