HBO’s The Brink Renewed for Season 2

After a fairly successful first season, HBO’s recent political comedy series The Brink has been renewed for a second season. The show is executive produced by Roberto Benabib, Jay Roach, and the late Jerry Weintraub.

In The Brink three unlikely and unqualified Americans must save the world from ultimate destructin after Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal is seized b y a rogue general. The show stars Jack Black as Foreign Services officer Alex Talbot, Oscar-winner Tim Robins as Secretary or State, and Pablo Schreiber as a Navy fighter pilot.
